Picture of my lid!

Lid lifting is getting worse by the day! How can this happen if this is a brand new unit? Please do something!!!

I can take a photo but there's nothing moving so can't video!

I cannot believe this!!! I've had my composter back having been fixed and the button on top which opens the lid has gotten stuck again not to mention I have the same issue with the plastic top of the lid coming unstuck and lifting!!! Please guys - you need to fix this!! I am sooo disappointed.

Despite many days of trying to fix my composter it still doesn't function. It is still under guarantee so I would like for it to be collected, fixed and returned to me at your cost as I cannot use it at all. Please advise further.
