After 2 uses (which worked well), I now have issues similar to Daniel.
I started getting blocked blade alarms after the first 2 successful attempts when I ran the 3rd batch. After chopping up the waste (apple was the culprit) into smaller pieces, doing a 'clean' as per the User Guide, I restarted the process. One hour into the drying process, the alarm sounded continuously and the lights were running across all the symbols (as per Daniels post). See attached video
After following the posts regarding the air filter, I removed mine - also faulty but as bad as some other posts - see pic.
Your advice please
Hey Ian, we've replaced the control board. We are not sure what was wrong with it but the machine is no longer beeping. We should be sending it back to you soon, we just want to run few more tests to be sure.
Thanks for the video showing that your iCompost is in blocked blade mode and about your air filter. We'll send you a video showing how to prevent the blade from being stuck. The filter warping is a known issue an update for a new version can be seen here:
